Privacy Policy

The short version

Rico is an AI office that iNVEEY sets up for your business. Your business's data belongs to your business. We use it only to run your Rico building. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Who we are

iNVEEY, 2108 N St, STE N, Sacramento, CA 95816 · info@inveey.com. This policy covers the Rico Executive Suite iOS app and the Rico service it connects to ("your building").

What the app handles

• Your workspace account. Your name, email address, and role, created for you by your business's owner. The app has no public sign-up; accounts exist only inside a business's own building.
• Your conversations and files. Messages, photos, and documents you share with your AI team are processed to produce answers and are stored in your business's own building — not in a shared database.
• Voice conversations. When you use live voice, your speech is transcribed to be answered. Transcripts live in your building like any other conversation.
• Push notifications. A device token is used solely to deliver your building's messages and approvals to your phone.

AI processing

To generate responses, message content is processed by established AI model providers under their commercial terms. Content is sent only to produce your answer. iNVEEY does not use your business's data to train AI models.

Where your data lives

Each business's building is isolated: its own database, its own credentials, its own storage — typically on hardware the business itself owns once delivered. One business's data is never visible to another's.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• No advertising and no ad networks in the app.
• No tracking you across other companies' apps or websites.

Retention & deletion

Your building's data is managed by your business's owner. To correct or delete your information — or to remove an account — ask your workspace owner, or contact us at info@inveey.com and we'll help within 30 days.

If your service ends

Rico is a monthly service. If the subscription lapses or is cancelled, your AI team stops responding — the AI features on your building are deactivated until service resumes. Your documents and files are not taken from you: they remain your business's property, stored on your business's own hardware, and you keep access to them. Resuming service reactivates your full AI team.

Children

Rico is a business tool for working teams and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date. Material changes are announced inside the app.
